Congress official language: English
All scientific presentations (incl. posters) should be prepared and given in English.

Duration of plenary lectures: 1 hour (incl. questions)

Duration of keynote presentations: 30 min. (incl.questions)

Duration of selected oral presentations: 15 min (incl. questions)

Provided computer: PC
Please, copy your presentation on USB stick in a ppt or pdf format and bring it to the chairpersons of your session in order to copy it on the computer desk before the thematic session start.

Please avoid doing your presentation on mac for incompatibility reasons with on-site devices. If you want to do a presentation using mac computer, please bring your own computer and adapters. Please, also prepare a memory stick with your presentation in pdf format.

Screen size: 16:9

Recommended poster dimensions: A0 (84.1cm wide x 118.9cm high)
Posters will be displayed during the whole 3-day congress

Attendance certificate: an attendance certificate can be delivered after the congress on request (per e-mail).
